Grandpa had a workshop on Khreshchatyk, and dad burned it down along with all grandpa’s works. And Masha (Maria Shubina, wife of Ilya Chichkan – ed.) found an old Soviet, worn-out catalog of grandpa’s works on Ebay for about 20 bucks. And I thought it would be funny to go back in time and recreate grandpa’s works, so two years ago I made an exhibition dedicated to him at Dymchuk Gallery.Comment type: Published comment
